1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Salesdam platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, contributors of content, or other users of the service.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter contracts

Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Salesdam and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content or data you submit to the service
